Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with CleanLawn Pet Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Access to Property

To provide our service, CleanLawn must have safe and clear access to your yard on your scheduled service day.

  • Locked Gates: If your gate is locked and a code or key was not provided in your account settings, our technician will not climb fences.

  • Obstructions: Please ensure the path to the service area is clear of debris or construction.

2. Pet Safety & Aggressive Dogs

While we love dogs, the safety of our technicians is our priority.

  • Secured Pets: If you have an aggressive or "protective" dog, they must be kept indoors or in a separate kennel during the service.

  • Technician Discretion: If a technician enters a yard and feels unsafe due to a loose dog, they will exit immediately.

3. "Skip" & Refund Policy

  • Inaccessible Yards: If we arrive and cannot access the yard due to a locked gate or an unrestrained dog, the full service fee still applies. We cannot offer refunds for "dry runs" as we have already committed the time and fuel to reach your property.

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or to skip a week.

4. Service Quality & Weather

  • Debris/Tall Grass: We do our best to find all waste, but tall grass or heavy leaves can hide "surprises."

  • Weather: We scoop in rain or snow. However, in the event of extreme lightning or dangerous road conditions, we will skip the visit and resume service the following week.

5. Waste Disposal

CleanLawn is a haul-away service. We remove all pet waste from your property and dispose of it according to local sanitation regulations. You will not be left with bags in your trash can.
