Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CleanLawn Pet Solutions, we strive to provide the most reliable pet waste removal in Colorado. Because we manage a tight routing schedule, we have established the following policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Service Quality Guarantee
If we miss a spot or you are unsatisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will send a technician back to your property to reclean the area free of charge. We do not typically offer cash refunds for completed services, but we will always make it right.
2. Cancellations & "Skips"

Advance Notice: If you need to skip a week or cancel your service, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service day.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee.
3. Inaccessible Yards (The "Locked Gate" Policy)
Our technicians are on a timed route. If we arrive at your property and cannot perform the service due to:

A locked gate (and no code provided)

An unrestrained or aggressive dog in the yard

Construction or debris blocking the entry
No refund will be issued for that visit. A "Trip Fee" (the full service amount) will be charged to cover the technician’s time and fuel. We will resume service on your next scheduled date.
4. Weather-Related Skips
We scoop in rain or light snow. However, if extreme weather (heavy snow accumulation, lightning, or dangerous road conditions) prevents us from working, we will skip that visit.

Credit: You will not be charged for weather-related skips. If you have a monthly subscription, a credit will be applied to your next billing cycle, or we will perform a double-scoop on the following visit at no extra cost.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring service at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Any pre-paid services that have not yet been performed will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
